How to play Znake

Your mission

You control the snake and have one simple mission: Eat as much food as possible, while not crashing with the walls or your own tail. If you are really good, you may make it onto the highscore list.

Game controls

The game is played using the keyboard. You control the snake using the arrows on your keyboard, or alternatively using the numbers 4,8,2 and 6.

Starting the game
or	Start the game by pressing the space bar or 'N' key on your keyboard. If the game does not respond, click the mouse once inside the game area to activate the game. Then you should try pressing Space once again.
Controlling the snake
or	Press the arrow up key or 8 key on your keyboard to make the snake go up (north).
or	Pressing the arrow down key or 2 key on your keyboard makes the snake go down (south).
or	To go left (west), press the left arrow key or 4 key on your keyboard.
or	To go right (east), press the right arrow key or 6 key on your keyboard.
Changing game speed
	Press the P-key to pause the game. To resume the game, press the P key again.
	Press the '-'-key to slow down the game. Press the key multiple times to slow it down even further.
	Press the '+'-key to make the snake go faster. Press the key multiple times to make it even faster.
	Press the 0-key (the number null, not the letter) to go back to normal (default) speed of the snake.
